It is not often that I eat BBQ, but when I do CarterQue is the first restaurant that comes to mind. Making their way from BBQ competition champions, to a BBQ based catering organization, to their modern endeavor as a full range food service company CarterQue has put in the work in insure a great meal with every visit. Home of four diverse BBQ sauces, their Black Raspberry BBQ sauce ranked number one at a natural level in 2007, your taste-buds are in for a treat. All meat is wood cooked on the premisses, and served fresh with a number of delicious sides. Humans are said to be characters of habit and sense I started eating at CarterQue in 2008 I have been ordering basically the same meal every visit: IBC Root Beer, BBQ Beef Brisket smothered with their Black Raspberry Sauce, Potato Salad, French Fries, and fresh Cornbread. With delicious hand prepared eats, a clean and relaxing atmosphere, and great staff CarterQue will surly meet any BBQ need one can think of.
